CURRENT CORE PROFILE :
Working as Sr. Engginer (Q.A.) from July 2009 to till date in UT Pumps and System Ltd. Faridabad (Formerly Known as Bornemann India Limited) . IT is a leading pumps manufacturing company for making of Reciprocating and Rotary Pumps(Screw Pumps, High Pressure Pumps & High Pressure Cleaning Machine) maintaining international &Indian Standards,accepted &acclaimed by many customers across India and foregn countries.
NATURE OF WORKS :
1. Responsibility of all Quality Assurance activities from preparing QAP to final testing of pumps involving third party inspection, performance test&final inspection reports regarding dispatch clearance.
2. Handling Vendor inspection regarding Forging ,Casting &certain Machining Items and vendor Devlopment.
3 Working on ERP system to produce Daily inspection &testing rports
4. Analysis of assembly and field complaints .Tool selection as per the work environment.
5. Using all tools like Micrometers, Calipers, Gauges, Dials, Hardness tester Spring Load Tester machine , surface machine and dead weight tester etc. to inspect the receiving &in process items. Also learning &using C-ordinate Measuring Machine (3D CMM) for the better measurement regarding the critical points of a job.
6. Also handling Non Destructive Testing (Dye Penetration Testing &Ultrasonic Testing) on huge forging surface and other critical parts. Dry Pentrent Testing , magnetic testing and also carried out Spectrometer for materials composition %.
7. Maintaining House Keeping &Good behavior in the department.

Impelemention of 5s , Kaizen activity and ISO 9001-2008 doucmention.
9. Pattern Inspection, Mould setting done And Casting inspection also done.
10. Calibration of all instruments and machine like as pressure gauge, micrometer, hardness tester, balancing machine with help of standard block and slip gauges.
WORKING EXPERIENCE :
1 Maxflow Pumps Ltd, Gurgaon (Haryana) Working as Astt. Engineer from Feb 2005-june 2009. It is leading of pumps manufactory company type of centrifugal pumps.
2 Jindal Stainless Ltd. Hisar (Haryana) One year training under DTE post of quality control deptt. From November 2003 to January 2005. Worked for quality System (ISO,OSHAS ,TPM,(PM)) . Also work done for hydraulic and pneumatic system as like power pack.
