3 Support password resets and unlock for various applications such as Ally pulse, Cedar bank, Pregerine, Eft, Bill pay yodlee, Cash Edge Compass and if we are not able to solve users issue on our desk, we escalate it to second level team
4 At&t Vpn Issue(If user is not able to connect to at&t, we reset the pin, enable the token, resynch the token)
5 Support Mainframe Applications like Edsnet, Cars, Shaw, Carrs, and Configuring Attachmate Extra.
6 Support some applications in Dealer Tool.
7 Support the domain password reset for the Business unit Nao and Mic from active directory tool and outlook web access
8 Redirect Information for some applications
