Roles & Responsibilities  :
As a Account Executive : having 4+ yrs. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision in multi-branch Accounting Setups.
** Preparation of Payable on monthly basis.
** Maintaining General, Bank & Cash Accounting Entries in ERP Navision.
** Collecting from confirmation balance statement various Vendors for auditing purpose.
** Sales Reconciliation.
** Vendor’s reconciliation.
** Responsible for TDS Deduction and Deposit time to time.
** Preparation of monthly TDS, Services tax reports based on Subcontractor and supplier bills.
** Filling of Quarterly TDS Return & Preparing Sales Tax Assessment Documents.
** Co-coordinating Sales Tax return.
-Sales-Tax Forms C, F, D-1,Vat-C4 & St38 (Road Permit)form apply to dept. and issued to parties.
** Coordinate with suppliers & other departments for gathering necessary information.
** Participate in preparing the monthly P & L/Balance Sheet & Trial Balance.
** Coordination with Auditors for Statutory and Internal audit.
