** Prepare the proposal for obtaining approval for placing the Purchase Order
** Obtain approval for selecting a particular vender and place a Purchase Order on the Vender.
** Follow-up with the Vender with respect to the date on which the Materials would be obtained.
** Checking of Various bills and ensuring that he necessary GR entry has been passed in the System.
** Co-Ordinate with the Officers for any clarification
** Vender Development & Vender negotiation
** Make a vender comparative Chart FOR Choose a Best Vender
** Working in TERMS (Total Enterprises Resource Management System)
** Send Quotation to party and get best Price
** Prepared Comparison Chart of Vender and choose a suitable Vender.
** Issue a PO to Vender. And follow up for material Delivery.
** Stock Analysis & Stock Manage
