Roles & Responsibilities  :
** Handling of all inward and out ward material with register updating through System.
** Maintaining of all Raw-material, Semi finished, Consumable and Finished Goods material inventory.
** Conforming receipts as per Purchase Order and approved price list. (Price and Qty).
** Labeling of all material at all stages with proper identification.
** Ensuring the closing stock reports of raw material, packing material and production consumables on regular basis.
** Maintaining the safety and minimum stock levels Consumables and spare Parts.
** Preparing the MIS Statement Monthly and Quarterly with value.
** Monthly closing Stock statement (various stages) and Material consumption Analysis
** Making of Raw material purchase and consumption reports Supplier and Value wise.
** Material Re-offering to QA(Quality Assurance) if any shelf life expired / Damaged monthly and Quarterly.
** All stores documentation activities have been computerized.
** Maintaining the documents as per ISO-9001 and procedures, Handling of internal audits.
** Maintaining of scrap records of materials at various stages in Process of production and approving scrap dealers
** Interacting with Supplier for rejection/Replacement material.
** Coordinating with user departments for smooth functioning
