** MEP’s Bill checking of various Contractors i.e. for Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Lift/Elevator, STP, DG etc. packages.
** Quantification of MEP’s works based on the drawings in AutoCAD format for Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing & Fire Fighting etc. packages.
** Analyzing the rates of Extra Items for MEP’s works.
** Evaluation of Contract agreement’s terms & conditions with respect to the commercially as well as technically.
