JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AT SUN PHARMACEUTICALS LTD :
Day to day implementation of functional work associated with specified projects including :
** Aseptic critical manufacturing of various injectableliquid dosage forms comprising Injectable products like microsphere suspension, Microsphere depot injection, liposomal suspension, Microemulsions, Suspensions and Lyophilized products
** Aseptic batch Manufacturing of Ampoules, Vials and Ophthalmic Preparations.
** Each stage of formulations development Conduct pilot and pivotal experiments on the PE batch and Exhibit batches respectively
Understand the scalability of the chosen process Analyze the formulation strategy, efficiency, working relations and cross-functional issues in R&D
Calibrate the instruments according to the master calibration schedule and follow GMP and SOPs Documentation as per cGMP for injectable formulations

** Sterile Manufacturing of Microsphere Depot Products and Liposomal Formulations
