ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES :
Performing inward inspections in all aspects of the product and assure the quality of product to start production and daily feed back to suppliers regarding rejections.
Giving Setup Approval in starting of production to proceed and also to maintain dimensional quality.
Carryout frequent in process inspection while production to solve non-conformances.
Performing Final inspection on the product regarding Aesthetic,
Functionality & Fitments to assure the quality of product before Dispatch.
Maintain documents at all levels of process regarding inspections, rejections, inspection tools Etc.
Taking customer feedback for every dispatch for continual improvement and maintaining the relevant documents.
