Technical Responsibilities :
** Mobilization of various contractors for Fabrication and Erection works in Boiler and ESP in Thermal Power Plant.
** Receive the drawing about Boiler, ESP, Belt conveyor etc.Read the drawing according to that prepares Bill of Materials (BOM).
** Arranging and distribute the raw Materials for making of BOILER and ESP Components and Accessories.
** Allocation of various works in Boiler, ESP & FHS (FUEL HANDLING SYSTEM).
** Following the IBR rules during pressure parts erection in Boiler and also arranges a visit for ground inspection.
** Planning the erection sequence & follow the working activities.
** The work should follow the Safety Working Procedure (SWP).
** Signing of Protocols, Records, Punching check list prior to Hydro test and witnessing the hydro test and hand over to commissioning dept.
** Involve in Preparation of Quality plan & Implemented in various stages of Erection
** Involved in supervision of Erection works of static and Rotating equipments such as feed pumps, fans, blowers etc.
** Assisting commissioning Team in Pre – commissioning
Managerial Responsibilities :
** Involved in site activities, customer co**ordination, Man power management, Project schedule & Implementation
** Planning Man Power resources with required tools, consumables
** Planning the monthly & weekly erection & fabrication schedule
** Co**ordination with consulting management and clients to handover all relevant documents.
** Maintained safety procedures and records conducted safety meeting and audits
** Planned and reviewed daily progress of projects and experienced in implementation of project schedule with effective man power
** Settling of Sub**contractors Bills & Payments.
