1) AMIETE (B.E/B.Tech) Project (Feb.09)  :
Project Name  : “System Software as a middleware support (Using COM+ Technology)”
Environment  : VB.net
Project Role  : On ‘Supermsarket’, As a middleware model in between client and server.

Concept  : The COM+ concept is working as a middleware tier between three tier system where databases and other components available on server but main logic is available on COM+ not on client side.
As per above concept, Instead of maintain number of clients at their places it is very compatible to maintain a middle tier, which available at a server room itself and satisfying client requirements from above logic.

Conclusion  : It delivers lower development, maintenance and deployment costs over the long run. COM+ technology reduces development time and produce Quality, Reliable, & Scalable Application.

2) MBA (3rd sem.) Project (Jun.10)  :
Project Name  : “Strategic HR initiative for internationalization with respect to Foreign
Project Summary  : Project based on Career Development. Project focus on businesses and profession seek employer & employees fluent in more than one language to participate in international marketplace.

I conducted my project study under the guidance of HR team of “RENOVISION HUMAN RE-ENGINEERING PVT LTD PUNE”.
Project objective is “Strategic HR initiative is very important for careers with respect to foreign language (Key factor) learning important during Organizational Development.
Key areas of research survey are Renovision’s Employer, Renovision’s Employees and Corporate firms Research.
The purpose of this project based on HR Career Development & to understand the “Staff characteristic and skills needed for international level business success, Foreign language & communication skills, cross-cultural skills & understanding, Negotiation skills & Professional skills”. Organizational development (OD), Organizational Learning, Work representations (WR) are tools and documents used to support collaborative working an integral part of working naturally occurs in the vast majority of organizations.

Conclusion  : The project research interprets that total collective average 71% results found for “STRATEGIC HR INITIATIVE FOR INTERNATIONALIZATION OF CAREERS WITH RESPECT TO FOREIGN LANGUAGES”.

The conclusion of the project study shows that businesses see multilingualism as great importance in hiring and promoting to staff. Management encourages the staff to use and develop the skills they have already acquired and offer language training in ways that are both motivating and compatible with the demands of the workplace. Proficient to secure new contracts at internationalization of business.
