Dec.09 –Till Date RELAXO FOOTWEARS LIMITED 342-343,Sec-17, Footwear Park, Bahadurgarh,Haryana. One of Indias most quality conscious and progressive footwear companies worked as Asst. Manager in Tool room, plays a vital role in fabricating precision moulds. The job responsibilities included designing and manufacturing of the moulds and troubleshooting and maintenance work of running moulds.
My job responsibilities are headed as follow :
** Administration of CAD .
** Arrangement of new moulds (sole/insole/strap) from mould maker.
** To make indents for new moulds/repair of mould.
** Clearance of bills after approval and its payment follow up.
** Checking of all running moulds as per standard dimensions and to send for repairing as and when required.
** To liaison with outside party for repairing of moulds.
** Development of new moulds as per the instruction of VP/GM.
** Man power planning.

Product Devlopment :
Product design, reverse engg. Mould design, Cam programming.
** CAD – making 3D models of entire assembly parts (solid/surface).
** Converting the mould product fabrication design to CAM .
** Core and cavity extraction from solid models.
** Conversion of 3D models to 2D drawing in drawing mode.
