SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
Duties and Responsibilities :
** Inspection of all Incoming Material Inspection as per the standards.
Inspection of fit-up, dimensions, alignment and assembly works.
** Arranging fit up inspection as per dimension and elevation mention in revision drawing.
** Arranging the client inspection every day and making daily progress reports.
** Issue of fabrication drawings and steel material to the contractors as per the erection priority.
** Planning for fabrication of structure by considering area wise completion dates as per schedule.
** Total execution of the job by taking consideration handover dates as per schedule.
** Checking of cutting plan to minimize the wastage of steel.
** Attend Progress Review Meetings with higher officials, Highlight the Project progress status and Bottlenecks and actual site execution Problems.
** Implement safety and security measures required by the project site.
** Material procurement is given to material managers according to fabrication drawings.
** Knowledge to read and understand the Structural Drgs.(Plan, elevation & Sectional views).
ERECTION :
Duties and Responsibilities :
** Total erection drawings to be studied and Issue the drawings to vendors according to erection sequence.
** Such structure, comprise erection of main pipe rack with miscellaneous pipe support systems, access platforms to vertical Columns and equipments, walkways, sleeper ways, and its adjoining sub-structures by Built Up, Semi Built Up and Rolled Steel Structure sections (British and Indian Standard).
** Prepare tracking schedule and monitor daily progress made by the sub-contractor.
