Responsibilities : Active leader of team organised by the customer and responsible for troubleshooting of unwanted internal alarms, replacement of required hardware related with (Commissioning and Installation OF Motorola BTS (Horizon 1&2nd) & nokia (FIU) MW, power calibration of CTU and BER test.
Also conducted acceptance test of 45 sites (which include VSWR measurement, power of CTU, ALARM testing, diversity test, BCCH test, taking remote inventory of BTS & MW.

** Handling E-1 patching for the upcoming sites, expansion of site with additional BTS, CTU etc. and configuring alarms and calibration according to the NMS people.
** Making changes in the project as per the issues associated along with the directions from the customer and Route Plan for the teams.
** Power measurement of BTS, VSWR measurement, and troubleshooting.
Other site works like commissioning & Installation supervision of Delta Power system
