Submitting the MIS to the management time to time(i.e.AR Report, Cash Follow, Collection plan, Retentions Plan, “Form C”Collection plan & etc)
Thermax Limited (Enviro Division) :
Checking the Price & Freight Charges Billing Breakup.
Covered insurance the dispatch material as per Purchase Order.
Checking below mentioned the details of letter of credit.
The amount is sufficient to cover the said Purchase Order.
Keep payment follows as per due date.
Account & Excise Executive From 01-June-2002 to 31-Oct-2006 :
Preparation of Purchase Order on Suppler, Checking the Purchase Order of Purchaser.
Reconciliations with Suppler &Purchase , Passing the Debit/ Credit Note when required.
