Jharsuguda is the site for our Aluminium Smelter, Captive Power Plant and an Independent Power Plant. Jharsuguda is situated in the western part of Orissa on the State Highway No-10, at a distance of 335 K.M. from Bhubaneswar and 310 K.M. from Raipur. The details of these projects are given below.

1. 1.6 MTPA Aluminium Smelter.
2. 9x135 MW Captive Power Plant.
3. 1x600 MW Independent Power Plant.
4. 3x600 MW Thermal Power Plant.
5. Rail infrastructure for Coal, Aluminium & finished product.

Highlights of Responsibilities & Activities Performed :
** Fully aware of all stores procedures such as receive, issue, binning, etc.
** Issue of the material as per the site requirement based on FIFO method.
** Preparation of Challan, Goods Receipt Note (GRN) & forwarding document to the proper dept.
** Responsible for GRN Authoring Signature, Preparation Check, Raw Materials Planning with Coordination User
** Physical Verification of Stock at regular Intervals.
** Supervision of Data entry of GRN, Material requisition slip, Stock adjustment entry.
** Coordination of all other Departments in Industry.
** Maintaining specified inventory control & ABC analysis.
** Co-ordination with site staff, physical stock verification, store audit, store records and MIS etc.
** Implementation, documentation of quality management system.
** Exposure of computer in all functional activities on SAP.
** To Maintain Good Relationship between Vendor and Supplier.

** Supervising Store related tasks including dispatch planning, control & troubleshooting on daily basis for achieving the planned periodic schedules and process control; developing guidelines for the sequencing of dispatch activities.
** Follow up with transporters regarding dispatch of Material & arranging allocation of trucks according to the load & capability.
** Coordinating with the other resources such as a labour, checkers, etc. for smooth functioning and accomplishing distribution as per site/client requirement & organizational guidelines.
** To manage the complete outward movement of Material from our site with key focus on order servicing, safe, time bound delivery, cost effective distribution & business result sales growth and profitability.
** Appraising the prevalent store systems/ processes, identifying loopholes if any and undertaking result-oriented measures for elevating customer satisfaction level and documenting the same.
