** Recruitment of Employees through Consultants
** Significant experienced and knowledge in consulting on local employment laws and HR trends.
** Time office, Preparation of Salary, Calculation & Deposit of PF monthly and yearly Return,
** Filling of ESI Return, PF Return, Factory Act Return, Employment Exchange Return,
** Payment of Wages return, Minimum wages return, and Workmens Compensation return, ER-II,
** Bonus, and Full and final settlement.
Maintaining Records/Registers under various Labour Laws.
** Like wages register, PF ledger, and leave with wages, accident register, national festival holidays register etc.
** Handling of contract labour Administration- Housekeeping, Pantry, electricity, Levitator (lift system),
** Controlling of inwards and Outwards material, Stationary Distribution, Payments of various bills, Vehicles, Documentation/ Record keeping,
** Quotation, AMC, Boarding and lodging arrangements of Company Staff, Maintenance of Office equipments etc.
