Optical fibre technology for strain measurement has come into lime light over the past decade. This paper is about measuring the stress of the bridge. The stress of the bridge will be transferred to the fibre which causes the change in the wavelength of the Fibre Bragg grating which is inside the optical fibre.
Home automation using GSM :
GSM is used in many applications.Using GSM we can have an automated power control system in our home.It is used for security purpose.We can have a sensor which will sense the movement of human being and the GSM which is attached to the sensor will immediately send a message to the owner.
