For this we had to provide some liable solution. Action Plan: The solution which we worked upon is that we will be using a cylindrical type of baffle plate which will be used as an obstacle in the flow of air-oil mixture that would strike on the plate and the mixture would be separated due to the properties they consist like density. As the cylindrical baffle plate provides the maximum area which in turn allows maximum time for the separation of the mixture with high efficiency, thus it is the most considerable solution for the type of separator that we need. Henceforth we are suggesting using such type of baffle plate.Conclusion : By making the above changes in design the percentage of oil in air at the output was reduced from 12-13 ppm to 6-7 ppm which was desirable.Software Knowledge : MS WORD, EXCEL, PPT etc.Operating Systems : Windows 98, 2000, XP, VISTA, 7.Designing Software`s : AUTO CAD 2007 & 2010, PRO-E.
