Working with SHRI BAJRANG POWER AND ISPAT LIMITED RAIPUR (c.g.) a leading Manufacturer of POWER and TMT (GOEL TMT) ,Spongeiron, and Ferro.Heaving total 42 Mw Thermal Power Plant. Which is heaving 16*1(70 TPH) and 10*1(60 TPH) AFBC boiler and 8*2(50 TPH) WHRB boiler.

Bachelor Engineering (B.E) in ELECTRONICS AND INSTRUMENTATION in 2010 with 60% marks from Chhattisgarh swami vivekanand technical university bhilai (c.g.)
WORK DESCRIPTION :
1. Experience with Maintenance and Troubleshooting : Installation, Calibration and Trouble shooting and shut down activity. calibration of flow, level, temperature and pressure Transmitters, smart possistioner and I/P converters of (Make ABB,SEIMENS)
2. All Logics, interlock checking and modifying to meet required boiler & turbine controls.
3.Maintenance & calibration of O2 Gas Analyzer and Opacity meter
5.Responsible for proper functioning and maintenance Ash handling plant, and ESP
6.Installation/maintenance of all variety of process Instruments of all reputed makes.
7.Maintenance and troubleshooting of the VFD drives (ABB).
8. Maintenance and troubleshooting of weigh feeder, Load cell, and Level probe.
9. Pneumatic control valves (mil control), Motorized controls valves (auma, rotark), Regulated power cylinders. Servicing and Maintenance.
10. Working with PLC systems of Allen Bradley Micrologix1000.

Work with DCS of ABB 800xa version.
