You can view on line the details of the request for quotation, download the relevant attachments, print or save the documents. You can search for interesting commodities which you would like to supply to HP and their associates and submit your bid directly the Portal. The platform offers you a possibility to send in your electronic response where you can attach relevant documents for the bid. That basis admin approve and reject quotation. Also admin decide which quotation is beneficial for organization and compare other quotation of supplier which full fill organization requirement. admin request for sampling to supplier if supplier says yes then again admin decide .that sampling go to technical ,financial, operation department for which is right or not and give feedback to admin then admin he give order or reject.
** Sample Technical Approval : In this module technical department check sample according to the requirement of organization and give feedback to the admin so admin take easy decision for order and rejection.
** Financial Analysis : financial department check quotation according to cost requirement of organization .and analysis quotation it is full or not our organization requirement.
