UTILITY RESPONSIBILITIES :
TECHNICAL & SOFT :
** In charge of all Assets like as LT/Transformers(OIL & DRY) type up to 550 KVA, DG Sets up to 250 KVA, HVAC system (CHILLERS up to 52.2 TR & AHU),UPS up to 80 KVA ,ETP Plant, FIRE fighting ,FIRE protection, Electrical panels, Cooling towers, Boilers, etc.
** Monitoring and Ensuring the proper PPM of machineries and updating of all History records, All Technical Assets Checklists, SOP, MIS Reports, Handling Customer complaints, Equipment’s AMC status with vendors etc.
** Interacting with clients through e-mails and direct reporting to Manager for work details & also sharing the Daily, weekly & monthly reports TO Engineering Manager.
** Handling of reverse osmosis in plant of Apurva water management Systems.
** Maintained and ordered repairs for all site utilities.
** Contributed to start-up teams in coordination with plant operators.
** Maintained and updated standard operating procedures utility manuals.
** Supervised construction to ensure all instrumentation, equipment and piping adhered to safety codes.
** Implemented design changes and integrity testing as required.
** Updated management on project progress and issues as needed.
** Monitored projects for adherence to engineering standards and practices
** Maintain weekly/monthly PPM calendar & Plan proper PPM for UPS- Systems, HVAC Equipment, Fire Systems and all other Electrical equipment as per the AMC agreement & submit all report directly to Engineering Manager.

** Deliver Service in-line with plan including Production capability, Operation Reliability and Line fill compliance.
** Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
** Provide job training to workers to meet production goals
** Complete all production reports and MIS
** Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions
** Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency(Overall equipment Efficiency)
** Work with Managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedule, Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
** Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
** Establish and enforce company policies, safety procedures and GMP guideline on shop floor.
** Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
