Responsibilities :
Operation & Maintenance, of Nokia BTS. Integration, Migration, KPI report generation, processing and analysis for network performance. Operation and maintenance of BSS (BSC & BTS)
** Providing the entire technical Fault’s & solutions to all Bss-Engg (Field) which occur into the BTS.
** Alarm Monitoring, Fault Localization/Correction/Verification.
** Processing, data entry and safekeeping/filing of all documentation.
** Perform daily process checks to track requests being sent and their execution
** To be Work on Network Trouble Ticket, & Work Orders.
** Operation and maintenance of BSS (BSC & BTS).
** Providing the entire technical Fault’s & solutions to all BSS-Engg which occur into the BTS.
** Co-ordination with BSS Engg. & Zonal Technical Manager regarding BTS issue
** Providing KPI reports for Externals alarms, TRX Blocking, TCH Fault
