Responsibilities :
** Monitor PAC, UPS, AC, PA system, ACS System, CCTV, BMS, WLDA, GSS, VESDA, and Fire Alarm System on Daily basis.
** Send daily report on daily basis along with Attendance report.
** Any observation/malfunctioning of product while monitoring to be highlighted and clarified with Vendor on priority.
** 1st level support to be given by BMS staff and the same to be captured in Daily report.
** Log call with vendor for 2nd level support.
** Vendor to be followed and call to be completed on NBD.
** Any call going beyond NBD to be highlighted.
** Continuous follow up to be done on daily basis till call closure.
** PM activity to be done on the scheduled date. Any lapse to be highlighted.
** Every shift checks the all Access control doors & Bio-Metric.
** Prepare the daily reports and sent to Managers.
** Check the energy meter reading with DLF Maintenance.
** In case any problem first u informs to specific vendors and DC Manager and then BMS team members. And also communicate by the mail.
** Vendor management & AMC Relation.
** Energy wastage reduction.
Collect the service report from the specific vendor. maintenance & controlling of integrated building management system

Electrical System :
** Operating and Monitoring Power Transfer Switch, Power Distribution Boards & UPS Distribution Boards.
** Operating and Monitoring of Server UPS Distribution Boards.
** Troubleshooting Electrical Faults.
** Operating and Monitoring of HT & LT Panels.
** Operating and Monitoring of UPS Systems.
** APC make UPS 40 KVA & 200 KVA.
** Maintenance of Batteries.
** Operating and Monitoring of Precision Air Conditioning (PAC).
