** Working with Shri Sidhadata Ispat Pvt. Ltd. as Senior Engineer (Electrical Maintenance) from 1st August 2010 till Present. Shri Sidhadata Ispat Pvt. Ltd. is manufacturing company of Cold Rolling Coil and Sheet.
SKILLS :
** Inspecting equipment pertaining to DC drives with field weakening module and other electronics & electrical items.
** Handling preventive/breakdown maintenance, preparation of Electrical shutdown, spare works and handling of maintenance workshop as well as inspections achieve Quality and Productivity standards.
** Maintenance of captive power plant for ensuring smooth operations.
** Involved in power factor improving of the system.
** Daily report generation of electrical energy and fuel consumption.
** Conduct regular inspections to prevent accidents and adhere to safety norms.
** Driving Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) of critical machines for ensuring zero breakdown time.
** Accountable for instrument/switch gear calibration, failure analysis, instrument/ switch gear rectification, control panel troubleshooting.
