EXPERIENCE  :
Currently I am working with CEAT tyre as a production planning engineer.
From 1st July. 2014. to Present.
I am working as a production planning engineer and looking a planning of MIXING department and 4ROLL CALENDER.

JOB DISCRIPTION  :
** Doing a planning of mixing department on daily basis as per daily tyre building plan and giving schedule to mixer for 32 hours (4 shifts).
** Doing a planning of 4roll calendar on daily basis as per daily tyre building plan and giving schedule to 4roll calendar for 48 hours( 2 days).
** Maintaining inventory of final compounds and calendar rolls (fabric and steel calendaring) on minimum level at where all department run smoothly in full production.
** Trying to take long run of compounds which will take minimum set-up changes and maximum production and reduce MURI of associates.
** Maintaining a row materials inventory on sufficient level and daily tracking an inventory of row materials from RMS department.
** Avoid stock-outs through careful daily monitoring of inventory levels.
** Doing KAIZENS and QIP.

ACHIVEMENTS  :
** Awarded for best scheduling in mixing department to achieve a production of 140 TPD continuously 1 week and eliminate compound shortage to users by increasing inventory by proper planning and effective scheduling.
** Awarded as CEAT speed king.

From 25th May. 2013. To 30th June 2014 :
During this period I worked asFLOOR (shift) INCHARGE.

JOB DISCRIPTION  :
** Handled all manpower (around 20 people in a shift) and their requirements.
** Faced all machines and manpower related problems and eliminate it with proper solutions with less time delay.
** Continuous monitor that we are not losing any quality related points that will affect to our product.
** Provided sufficient environment and space that all manpower can work.
** Took aggressive part in internal and external audits.

** I started as ASSOCIATE TRAINEE in MIXING (Production) department.

** Well-known about MIXER floor.
** Well-known about the standards of machines and process.
** Worked as a PM STAR-CAP.

** Took training on FIRE FIGHTING, 5-S, BBS, SEAFTY.
** Followed & applied FIFO system in mixer.

ACHIVEMENTS  :
** Made a REOCRD of HIGHEST PRODUCTION ON FINAL MIXER continuously 3 days.
** Made a RECORD of HIGHEST PRODUCTION ON MASTER MIXER till time.

APPRENTICE  : ( From 12th Sept. 2011 To 18th Nov. )
** I started my APPRENTICE at SABIC INNOVATIVE PLASTICS in PRODUCTION department.
