** Monitoring shift activities ensuring completion of the same target within the time and budget.
** Accountable for documenting all the operations and present the same to the superior management to facilitate discussion making process.
** Liaising with various authorities for obtaining permission and approvals.
EHS/QUALITY :
** Charting several safety measures for minimising occurrence of accidents fires calamites.
** Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.

MINES (manganese ore) :
** Production of manganese ore increased up to 20% by planning the pit in production and safety point of view.
