Job responsibilities at Maersk Global Service Centre
Handling Starting point of Business of Maersk.
Handling the Asia Pacific (APA) region.
Generating Quotation to Customers which generates Business.
Negations rates with customer & Invoice accuracy.
Corrections of Bills & Booking as per Customer expectations.
Generate the reporting works. Purpose for sending weekly & Monthly report to every Cluster which is under the control of Maersk Global Service Centre.

Preparing accuracy and Timeliness in the submission of datas
Explaining about the process and team structure while client visits
Working with Sales department persons from different countries.
Attending Various Conference calls for Live Migrations process.
Update and maintain process documentation
Understand end-to-end process, contribute to process improvements, and maintain the entity at the right level of operational excellence.
Performance and Reporting
Constant monitoring of productivity /accuracy levels of team
Quality checks performed internally to drive accuracy results & to avoid breaches.
