1. M.E Project :
Project Title : MINING THE LACONIC REPRESENTATION OF ITEMSET
Technology Used : Java, NetBeans 6.9.1, MySql.
Responsibility : My responsibilities were to code and to document.
Project Description : The system proposed a novel framework for mining closed high utility itemsets (CHUIs), which serves as a compact and lossless representation of HUIs. Further, a method called DAHU (Derive All High Utility itemsets) is proposed to recover all high utility itemsets from the set of closed + high utility itemsets without accessing the original database. When all high utility itemsets are recovered by DAHU, the approach combining CHUD and DAHU also outperforms the state-of-the-art algorithms in mining high utility itemsets.

Project Title : Multipath Data Transfer in Overlay Networks.

Description :Transfer a file between Source and Destination without using the server. This Project avoids faults by using intermediate nodes for routing. For some source destination pairs, packets are first forwarded to an intermediate node, and then from this node to the destination node. In this project I developed a path switching mechanism that subsequently selects a potentially less congested path among several available paths to transmit data.The path selection is based on path congestion states. This reduces the high extra cost of spare components and the non-negligible probability of failure.
