Description :This thesis aims at developing a real-time data system on Linux using Programmable Real-time Units on AM335x SoC and without using any extra hardware or RTOS. The PRUs can be used for process control by processing sensor data and giving timely control signals accordingly. The ability to access the sensor readings in real-time helps in a faster and more accurate control of time critical processes.
