To carry out the day maintenance jobs accordance with safety.
Responsible for fault finding during start of problem or after trip of any of the above maintained area.
To maintain history record of each instrument and special records for critical ones.
Overseeing installation & commissioning as well as operational effectiveness of utilities.
Always consult with my senior before making any spots taking decisions.
I was responsible for the cabling & ferruling for various field instruments and also their loop checking is done by me.
Job Skills :
Maintenance of all pneumatic and motorized control valves, e.g.-feed watercontrol valve, attemprator control valve, startup control valve, main steam stop valve, PRDS control valve, recirculation & hot-well level control valve, shoot blowing control valve etc.
Maintenance of all transmitters (Pressure differential type),e.g.-pressure transmitter, level transmitter, flow transmitter, draft transmitter etc.
Maintenance of all temperature sensors, E.g.-thermocouples (K-type), RTD (PT-100).
