JOB PROFILE  :
Providing administrative support to the Management and secondary support to the Employees / Workers by observing the health and safety environment care through creating HSE awareness, conducting Training Program and implementing the OSHAS norms as per the norms of ILO Geneva and OSHAS (Ministry of Labor USA) which have been mentioned below.

INDUSTRIAL HOUSE KEEPING  :
Day to day observation on cleanliness, Ventilations, Floor Area, Material Stacking, Painting of Scrap Materials, Electrical Wires & Fittings.

MECHANICAL, CHEMICAL, ELECTRICAL AND FIRE SAFETY  :
a. Having keen observation on Guards to the Machineries for belts, Pullies, Couplings, Gear wheels and other rotating bodies
b. Whether point to operation covered and ensure as safe
c. Layouts & Arrangements of Tools and Equipments.
d. Keeping Condition of Machines in good order.
e. Effective care on Maintenance of Machines and tools, Conditions of hand tools and electrical tools.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENTS (PPE)  :
a. Maintaining the quality and quantity of PPE as per the QHSE norms.
b. Issuing and Training to the usage of PPE to the employees, sub contractors and visitors.
c. Giving much concentration for Preservation, maintenance and storage of PPE.

EFFECTIVE EMERGENCY SERVICES  :
a. Maintaining the First Aid Box with appropriate medicines in all shifts.
b. Providing First Aid and Fire Fighting Training to each and every employee including the Management personal.
c. Keeping the suitable fire extinguishers with more than sufficient effective working conditions.
d. Providing emergency showers and eye wash stations nearby the worksite.

ADOPTING ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS  :
Taking Care of dust control, noise control, Fumes, Gases from Chemicals, illuminations and lightings

MATERIAL HANDLING  :
Manual Material Handling, Mechanized (Kinetic) Material Handling
