PROJECT DETAILS :
MICROCONTROLLER BASED ENERGY CALCULATION WITH FAULT INDICATION
Our project deals with measuring the current energy units and cost, and sending the same as an SMS to the remote mobile using an ATMEL microcontroller and a GSM modem.
It also gives us an indication of the fault occurring in a distribution lines and provides the information about the type of fault occurred. Based on the preset energy consumption limits we can also control the over consumption in the utility side, hence providing a simple solution to meet the arising energy demands.
