** Replying to General Queries received from various investors throughout the country, Complaints received from various branches of Karvy, complaints received through email and phone.
** If there is any pending and escalation cases we co-ordinate with concern branch of Reliance Capital Asset Management Company (RCAM) across India for the appropriate clarification in order to resolve the cases.

** Consolidation (Merging of folio(s) number into one folio number).
** Managing the clients (customer) interested in investing in Mutual funds and insurance by assessing their needs and advising them to invest.
** Handling CRM cases which are raised in Request, Complaint, and Grievance.
** Preparing MIS report(s) on fortnightly and monthly basis.
** Handling to complaints regarding Dividend, Redemptions, Purchase, NAV related, and General corrections of Investor (Change / Updation / Corrections of Address / Bank details /Transmission / Consolidation / Registering & Deregistering Power of Attorney / Investment details Etc.
** Over all control in ensuring timely clearance of requests relating to Issue of duplicate share certificates, Registration of nominee, stop transfer of shares, change of signature, transfer related queries, control of postal returns, revalidation of lapsed warrants, etc.

** Promptly responding to client mails and Coordinating with clients and investors responding the queries on priority basis.
** Processing the dividends to investors.
** Verifying investor’s signature and issued the duplicate share certificates with requested documents.
** Processing the Transmission, Deletion, and Transposing of name and Change of name requests from the share holders/Applicants.
