Projects Undertaken :
Project 1 : Vending Control Cards of various configurations (almost 20 types)
Clients : Godrej, Nestle, Atlantis Cafe, and Kaprigiani
Description : A vending machine dispenses items such as snacks and beverages, to customers automatically, after the customer inserts coin into the machine or without coin in offices.

It can be 2, 3 or 4 Lanes according to client’s requirement. These are based on microcontrollers like ATTINY88, ATMEGA16, ATMEGA32, STM32 etc. It has features of Coin Mechanism, ADC Sensor for Heater, Refilling Valves, Hot Water. Components used include Microcontrollers, Buck Converter,Mosfets, Darlington Transistors, Memory, and Passive Components.

Project 2 : Switch Mode Power Supply
Clients : Godrej, Nestle, Atlantis Cafe, and Kaprigiani

Description :
** Emb. Controls supplies its own AC-DC Adaptors to its clients of Vending Machines.
** It has single as well as multiple O/P supplies in 12V & 24V upto 100W rating.
** Its main Switcher is TOP261EN of Power Integration working at 132KHz freq. in a
** FlyBack topology. Company out-sources Ferrite Transformers from M/s Prismatic of Bangalore, a leading mfgr of Ferrite Transformers to UL specs.
** The Co. has just bagged its first VDE approval for a 24V, 4.2 Amps SMPS for European market.

Project 3 : BLDC Motor (Basically a R&D project for emerging E-Rickshaw Market)
Description : The three coils of the motor are arranged in a “Star” formation, a microcontroller, an insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) driver, and a three-phase H-Bridge comprising six IGBTs. The output from the microcontroller (mirrored by the IGBT driver) comprises pulse width modulated (PWM) signals that determine the average voltage and average current to the coils (and hence motor speed and torque). The motor uses three Hall-effect sensors (A, B, and C) to sense rotor position. The rotor itself uses two pairs of permanent magnets to generate the magnetic flux.
