Job Responsibilities :
Overall planning, implementation and supervision of security measures in the company.
Supervision of safety measures in the company.
Training and implementation of fire safety and fire fighting measures.
Control of visitors.
Checking of incoming/ outgoing personnel and materials.
Recruitment and selection of necessary security staff.
Planning and implementation of security guards/ duties.
Gathering of information/ intelligence to prevent mishaps/storage/corruption/instigation of company s employees.
Checking and maintenance of company s vehicles.
Cleanliness and housekeeping of external areas.
Prevention, control and investigation of crimes and unruly behavior of employees within the factory premises
Other Duties &Responsibilities :-
Access control of employees through manual and electronic attendance system.
Access control of visitors through manual and electronic system.
Access control of vehicles of employees and visitors through manual and electronic system.
Checking and searching of individuals and/ or vehicles.
Checking and controlling of incoming and outgoing Materials.
Fire prevention, controlling and fighting measures including provisioning and maintaining of fire fighting equipment.
Preventing entry of unauthorized, incendiary or explosive materials into company.
Ensuring no smoking within company premises.
Preventing theft of personal or company properties and conduct of investigations to fix responsibility in the event of any such occurrence within the company.
Preventing entry of intoxicants or non prescriptive drugs into the company premises or their use within the company.
