Job Responsibility Stores & Central Excise and Dispatch :-
** Maintain full inventory of RM/PM ,Engineering store and FG provide the full inventory information to management as per their requirement
** Maintained a Store to ensure that it functions smoothly – Made arrangements and placed order for new stock and equipment’s whenever necessary.
** Manage space and determine storage methods according to the manufacturer's guidelines and Company safety procedures
** Maintain reorder stock level of Fast Moving material to ensure continuous availability
** Maintain inventory through ABC Analysis and FIFO
** Documentation related to movement of goods from store / Raw materials for delivery to production department
** Looked into total Raw, Packing and engineering Materials Procurement, Stores operations for the FMCG and engineering goods in plant.
** Preparation of required materials as per production plan/stock status,
** Follow up for order placed materials for timely supply.
** Day to day discussions with planning/production for required materials to Manage as per plan, and any alternative if needed to avoid process break downs.
** Maximum utilization of resources (man and material) particularly space is very Vital resource in stores and good in housekeeping.
** To ensure materials right quality, quantity & at right time to shop floor.
** Development of sub-ordinates to take routine decisions independently where ever required through involvement or/and instructions as required.
** Order level, Order qty identification for smooth operations.
** To attend periodical physical stock verifications, and prepare various reports.
** Establishing, implementing sales order & logistics plans, procedures, work processes & resources.
** Generate daily-monthly stock reports as required by the management Plan for upcoming goods, preventive measures and stock control
** Ensure safe, timely and economical delivery of goods to meet, projects requirements, Knowledge of logistics requirement, cost control methods.
** Maintain all type bills as per taxation role.
** Knowledge of different taxes applicable to domestic and imported raw materials.
** To coordinate with Production and Purchase for requisition and arrangement of raw materials respectively.
** SAP Updating and Resolving SAP related Issues
** Vast knowledge in SAP MM module and SD Module.
** Scrap Accounting, Scrap Sales and Scrap Reconciliation.
** Making the system in place by SOP Preparation and implementation.
** Experience in Facing the Audits Like UNFPA, USFDA, BSI, BRC, OHSAS and ISO 9001-2003
** Co-ordination of Annual (Inventory) Audit of the company verification of Purchase bills with Purchase order for payments.
