DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1 Making daily routine inspection at work site.
2. Keep records of all safety meeting.
3. Keep records of injuries, property damage and fire.
4. Accident incident investigation and reporting.
5 Safety audits on site instruction and training the company and construction safety.
6 supervision of all construction work on site.
7 Fire prevention of all companies’ activities, testing of smoke and heat detector and conducting drills.
8 Check up breathing apparatus set.
9 Train and audits up fire safety and regular staff in the plant.
10 daily inspection of crane and scaffolding.
11 make monthly inspection of moving equipments and fire extinguishers, ladders etc.
12 Inspection of necessary work permit whenever to begin a job.
13 put necessary safety precaution before starting the job.
14 monitors all workers if they are wearing safety paraphernalia at job site.
15 advise the workers for chemicals hazards and use of proper PPE.
16 Closely observation to make sure those first aid welfare activities properly maintained.
17 Equipments are provided are properly worn.
18 Preparation of daily safety reports.
19 Reminding all workers that safety in the best policy and to target zero accidents.
20 Defining the company mananagement any need of special emergency risk, safety and fire protection, fire fighting system and necessary training.
