Responsibilities :
** Reporting periodically to Maintenance Manager; preparing power, coal consumption, water consumption reports.
** Maintenance of ABB DCS.
** Strong background in motor defects, soft starters, drives, star/delta starters, VFD (ABB), MCC.
** ABB VFD servicing up to 521 Amps, basic checking of IGBT,Rectifier of ABB Make VFD)

** Configuring of TDS sampler set, and O2 analyzer, different PID controllers.
