I have been involved in the optimization and maintenance activities of network. RESPONSIBILITIES :-
UMTS Handover list Optimization and define missing neighbours of NodeB.
Can Export RNC wise DUMP to analyse current status of UMTS radio parameters(CIR, HSDPA,HSUPA,NEIGHBOURS etc.).
Neighbours addition and deletion with the help of MIPT 3G.
To analyse different types of handover like Soft handover, Softer handover, IRAT handover, Packet handover.
Optimizing the network to ensure good Ec/Io and RSCP
To analyse packet speed for the better UMTS network.
Preparing data for sites like azimuth, tilts, height, antenna type, down tilts etc.
Analysis of the Layer 3 messages for basic troubleshooting related to handover and other parameter verification.
Responsibilities for monitoring and improving network performance on cell sites and micro cells tomeet objectives for call drops and call blocks continuous network improvements through parameter changes, down tilts, azimuth changes, and border sector configurations.
Optimization of the network by changing physical parameters like Mechanical & Electrical tilt, Antenna, orientation etc for an optimum Coverage & Quality.
Achievements :
Received 3 Bravo award and One time Super star from Vodafone for good performance.
Also worked at Formula 1 Buddha international circuit for the network enhancement and was appreciated.
