** Maintain re-order level as per user guidance & higher management and place PR for Ordering before stock out situation.
** Maintain 5s in work place along with Safety.
** Maintain & keep materials in self/Rack/Bin and maintain FIFO.
** Raise alarm for expiry or self-life materials before 3 months of expiry.
** Keep follow-up with our store helper for smooth flow of material.
** Monthly Physical verification of all critical spares without any tolerance.
** Goods Receipt Note (GRN) Preparation and communicate supplier for Rejection & acceptance of materials.
** Follow-up with Finance for payment release after invoice submission.
** Face Audit as & when required basis.
** Monthly MIS, Weekly In -Out & Inspection Report.
