The main purpose behind this system is to provide a user such a environment where he don’t have go through all different interfaces for different banks and providing a single interface for making banking easy and convenient.
Potential impact areas of the development will be :

Description :
MetAcEx stands for Material Accounting Executive.
It has a set of modules that facilitates Material accounting to organizations involved in manufacturing process. It covers every realm of manufacturing process. In simple terms to explain it handles the inventory and its associated accounts and sales management. Invoicing automation is focused on a module of MetAcEx called billing. This project totally focuses on generating invoices and DC’s (Delivery Challan) and also provides facility of generating different kinds of Invoices and DC’s. It also provides facility called barcode reading which makes it easy to produce Invoices all one need to do is to read the barcode on goods that is being dispatched and the all details of the product along with the name of customer and address to where it has to be delivered
1. DC Inspection and Generation :
It provides facility like that one can inspect the existing order from a customer and inspect the requirement of that particular customer which could be useful for future uses. And also enable to generate DC’s.
2. Invoice Inspection and Generation :
It provides facility where one can inspect all the invoices that are form the customer for better growth of business and also enables to generate all possible type of invoices that one Organization may needed.
3. Bill Matching :
It provides facility of matching bills. It make use of invoices that are generated for an organization which provides to know that what are the items that are ordered repeatedly and also checks for the pending bill clearances and if any kind of amount or may be item delivery has not cleared so helps to adjust into new invoices .
