RESPONSIBILITIES :
** Responsibilities to minimize to handle the break down of paint plant (Utility) to mech.Equipment of machinery.
** Maintenance activates such as Air compressor
vapour absorption machine ,R.O.Plant, D.I./D.M.(De Ionized/De Mineralized) Plant. Blower Conveyor, Hot Water Generator, Burner, Fire Hydrant System, Air handling Unit. Cooling Tower, H.S.D .s L.D.O, handling and storage .Argon + Co2 area.
** Managing preventive / Break down maintenance Schedule of machinery increase machine & Equipment reliability.
** Identifying area of abstraction / break down & to rectify the equipment through application of troubles shooting.
** 8 Months Experience in AMBA SHAKTI ISPAT LTD. As Production Engineer from July 09 to March 10.
** Company Manufactures TMT bars and angle
Channels. AMBA is a well known brand in tmt bars
and angle channels.
Qualification :
Professional :
** B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Chandigarh Engineering college Affiliated to Punjab Technical University with an aggregate. Of 63% marks (2009).
Academic :
** Senior sec. From Bhartiya Public School
with 56% marks (2004-05).
** Matriculation from Sarvhitkari Sen. Sec. School with 70% marks. (2002-03).
Project Under Taken :
** CONVEYOR SYSTEMS :
Description : This is basically a Mechatronics Project.
In this system, the conveyor moves with different sizes products. A sensor system is used for control the required size. After that conveyor divide the different sizes as requirement.
Training Experience :
** Six Weeks Training in NAHAR SPINNING MILL, AMBALA-CHD HIGHWAY, LALRU (PB).
** Key Areas Of Training : DG maintenance
