ROLE : :- 2400mt Fabrication, Erection of Coal Handling Plant Consists of various buildings such as Transfer house, Drive House , Ground Bunker, Tresstle, Gallaries , Silo etc,.
PROJECT RESPONSIBILITY- :
** Erection & commissioning of Coal Handling Plant & equipments.
** Erection of Transfer House Buildings, Ground Bunker, Drive House etc,
** Preparation of fabrication, erection & commissioning schedule to meet the target within the planned Time frame
** Co-ordination with client & consultant, preparing DPR, and protocols for fabriction erection & commissioning.
** Preparing material requirements as per fabrication plan
** Preparation of monthly erection plan.
** Preparation of crane schedule for proper utilization of equipments.
** Manpower handling and stage inspection of structures at site.
** Certifying the sub-contractors bills and coordinating for preparing the client bills.
** Responsible for the implementation of safety standards at the project site by ensuring that all relevant norms are employed effectively
** Execution of Ground Bunker, Transfers House, Drives House, Civil Structures of Conveyors etc.
** Co-ordination with clients during executing the job as per Drawing.
** Preparations of schedule for achieving targets on time.

*Preparation of Variation Order as per actual site condition.
