1)PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE  :
Since July 2016 “Manager Exports & Imports” with one star status holder MNC –Viz .M/s E-Land Apparel Limited Manufacturer and Exporters of textile and garments., 150+ Crore export turnover, this Public Limited Company is a subsidy of E-Land World the South Korean conglomerate headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. It has several textile manufacturing units in Maharashtra & Karnataka. The manufacture & export products consists of high fashion garments and various blends of fabrics.

Export Operations  :
** Handling export documentation, arranging export orders receiving & preparing invoice for approval of the overseas buyers
** Monitoring complete commercial documents for export-import trade in compliance with statutory regulations as well as tracking duty drawbacks
** Receiving Export LCs and its through checking with check list and point out discrepancies if any the LC and amend if necessary.
** Managing all procedures, formalities, transportation (logistic) and documentation for clearance of export goods. Keeping track records of the containers in transit and updating buyers accordingly.
** Coordinating with the Customs / Central Excise to ensure smooth customs clearance of exports & Imports consignments. Coordinating with various inspection agencies for obtaining inspection certificate of export goods.
** Coordinating with the factories with the help of production team and updating the status of the order in detail with the Buyer on day-to day basis so as to deliver shipments.
** Supervising and follow-up with the Sales Team, the customers and the bank to monitoring realization of export payments.
** Coordinating with Banks for Outward & Inward remittance & sending disposal instruction to bank for credit Inward remittance. Liaison with Bank pertaining Exports Bills Closing and uploading E-BRC

Export Incentives & Benefits  :
** Filling online application and follow up with DGFT for obtaining MEIS incentive Scheme License.
** Direct dealing & filling online application with DGFT for opening Advance/EPCG License. Liaise with DGFT and Custom for all matters related to export incentives and benefits.
** Preparing application with DGFT. for obtaining fresh Export House Certificate, Modification & amendment of IEC. Visiting DGFT, Custom, Central Excise, Bank if any problem arises in Export Import activities and resolve the same

Import Operations  :
** Working closely with the Purchase Dept, the Sales Team and the production plant’s In-Charge to chalk out future import procurements against Advance Authorizations or EPCG Licenses. Coordinate with the overseas supplier to plan and schedules import shipments. Ensuring timely submission and receipt of the relevant licenses from DGFT.
** Preparing Import LC application as per Proforma Invoice and coordinate with bank for processing Import LC, & follow-up import payments and documents.
** Monitoring clearance of shipments in accordance with the scheme opted and conformity of all required formalities and documentation at the Customs and other agencies.
** Ensuring proper insurance cover and other documentations for smooth transfer and transportation of cargo from port to factory or warehouse. Controlling all import payment and timely submission of documents to the Bank

Monitoring Export Obligations  :
** Ensuring all terms and conditions of each of the license issued to the firm are fully complied with during the import process and also subsequent to import - for fulfilling of the export obligations.
** Monitoring and ensuring all post import terms and conditions of the licenses like obtaining and submitting the installation certificates to the concerned authorities, maintaining record for average export performance for EPCG licenses, etc are properly kept and submitted as and when required to avoid any sort of default in any of the license.
** Supervising to ensure all EO documentations are properly prepared and records properly filed and maintained to ensure timely redemption and closure of all files.
** Keeping track of license validities and obtaining EO extension where required. Monitoring the utilization of each license and redeeming it when EO if fulfilled.Preparing of Bond pertaining Advance License/EPCG License & send to CHA for port registration.

Overall For EXIM Dept  :
** Make sure that the requirements and other standards relevant in the industry are followed and maintained by the company – particularly within the Exim Department and its operations. Ensure all business process flows with other departments of the organization like the Sales, production, purchase, Accounts, Admin., etc are closely integrated.
** Reviews and follow up of reviews of various reports, export & import registers, license status reports, monitoring reports, etc. Review of all records, filing system, data storage/backup and information/data/document for easy retrieval. Ensuring that all commercial operations-related records and files are properly managed and documents easily available whenever required.
** Distribution of weekly/monthly Export/Import Performance Reports to the Managing Director and other HODs as required.

Worked from June ’2014 to June 2016 asa Assistant Manager EXIM at Prince Corp. Pvt. Ltd, Sion East, It is One of the Largest Manufacturers of Thermo ware House ware, Travel ware and other Moulded Articles of Plastics & Vacuum ware Plastics.

** Managing and Preparing Pre shipment documents, Negotiation & finalization of terms and conditions for LC & other credit terms with buyers.
** Monitoring and Preparing of Post-shipment documents as per L/C & sales contract for negotiating through Bank &Scrutinizing Export LC.

Job Responsibilities Import/Export  :
** Preparing of Import purchase orders as per supplier’s Indent. Follow up Import orders with Overseas Supplier. Preparing of import LC application, coordinate with bank for process import LC, Keeping track records & follow up import documents, timely make payment to overseas supplier
** Monitoring & Keeping the track records of Import shipments in transit and its clearance. Filling the A-1 Form and releasing shipping documents from Bank for customs clearance. Co-ordinate with CHA for Import clearance. Arrange Custom duty through Bank.
