I'm working in PNC Infratech Ltd. as a Lab Technician in civil laboratory from Jan. 2008 to till date (Completed Gwalior Air Port Project).
Knowledge :
1. Collection and testing of samples :
Collection of test samples of construction material as per sampling protocols, amount and count of samples.
Testing of samples under controlled laboratory conditions viz.
concrete cube/Beams, (Pavement grade as PQC, DLC) soil samples, Aggregate, Bricks, Cement, sand, Bitumen and Bituminous Mix etc.
2. Test Record Keeping :
Preparation of test reports as per relevant codes/frequency in required formats. Furnishing test reports and filling copies of reports as required in a professional and approved manner.
Preparing and submitting periodic reports of tests carried out with test results.
3. Keeping all laboratory equipments, accessories, proper safe and secure conditions. Maintaining stock of consumables as required at site and their proper storage.
Disposal of tested/used samples are proper storage for future reference.
Safe handling and carriage of laboratory equipments, accessories when taken to site and back.
Regular calibration of laboratory equipments accessories.
Any other work assigned to me from time to time.
Current Salary : 11000/- Per Month + Accommodation.
