Job Title :
** Quality Control Inspector Civil (QC)
** Working as a Quality Control Inspector.
** Supervision of TBM site as semblance activities
** Schedule of activities preparation and MSP updating and tracking.
** Co-ordinate and facilitate the timely supply of materials and manpower for mining and related activities.
** Documentation and record maintenance of tunneling and allied activities as per contract Norms
** Construction supervision and quality control of production of precast tunnel lining concrete segments
** Quality Assurance and Quality Checking of Segments for Tunneling. coordinating with surface team & tunnel team, Facilitate and arrange mining supplies for TBM.
** Drafting reports & Method of statement entailing various activities on site.
** Responsible for maintenance /infrastructure logistical support. Initial site preparation on surface, which includes various civil works, foundation for installation of DG Set, foundation for Batching Plant, workshop, and installation of essential services, cable and pipe gallery on surface.
** All operations for bore tunnels using EPB TBM, including Tunnel segmental ring selection, controlling crew and dealing clients representative.
** Prepare checklist for a step by step quality inspection in all areas of concern.
** Prepare report as basis for job accomplishments.
** Coordinate with Construction manager, Site engineer, foreman, technicians, with proper coordination between respective other departments for the smooth workflow in order to avoid delay of work and costly mistakes on the site.
** Informing and briefing Project Manager of developments on site along with pictures and videos.
** Making Firm and effective decisions regarding Discrepancies on site.
** Observing safety Procedures followed by contractor a
nd issuing instructions as necessary to correct safety violations.
** Ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, ensuring that appropriate preparatory and protective measures are employed at all stages of the work by contractors.
** Ensuring Site activities proceed according to project schedule.
** Carrying out RFI (request for inspection) and verifying the compliance with shop drawings, TCR’s.
** Carrying out structural steel reinforcement inspections.
** Inspection of formwork.
** Inspection of concrete Pouring.
** Inspection of molding and steel rebar cages.
** Inspection of ultrasonic testing of trusses.
