JOBRESPONSIBILITY :
** Setting Up for RNC HO, 3G-2G HO, 2G-3G HO, NODE-B HOand suggesting Changes on basis of test reports that helps in improvement of Jaipur and Ajmer KPI.
** Improving the 3G Parameters RSCP, Ec/No, HSDPA, HSUPA, I Rates on the basis of Drive test reports for improvement in Data Speed and over all 3G coverage.
** Done Scanning Drive with TEMS 12 of complete Jaipur and Ajmer and then improving the low coverage areas by optimizing the available sites.
** Solving HSDPA (Data Speed) related problems by keenly observing the Modulation type used and if the desired modulation is not received get it activated from RNC end.
** Managing and maintaining the KPI of the Ajmer city analyzing the KPI reports of affected sites and then troubleshooting it by all the effective measures.
** Solving Sites alarms problems (VSWR, RET alarms) By Using RBS Element Manager.
** Provided solutions & remove the complaints of customers by providing physical changes like Mechanical and Electrical tilts.
** Completing the SCFT of Ajmer in least time and assembled
all the reports in Airtel Bharti format and submitted them.
** Analyzing the drive logfiles and clearing out the SWAPS in the respective site that decreases the Call Drop in that area and coverage also enhances.
** After optimization of the cluster we had joint visit with AIRTEL TEAM and checked all the features of 3G.

** Responsible to fine tune the RF hardware (GSM Antenna, Duplexer, Amplifiers etc) for optimum utilization and better quality.
** Responsible for the changes to be done in existing frequency plan (SFH or non hopping).
** GENXPROBE VER 2.2 for recording & analyzing DT log files, MCOM & MAPINFO for frequency planning
