WORK RESPONSIBILITIES & ROLE :-
1. Job Scope Preparation for Site Work. Erection and Evaluation of Bids. Quotations and Enquiry. Finalized the Contractor Quotations and Issuing the Work Orders.
2. Manpower Planning and scheduling.
3. Checking civil foundations elevation before steel (columns/frames Erection).
4. Supervising ground assembly for main columns with beams to compose frames can be lifted and erected one time.
5. Supervising erection of main steel girders and bracing between frames (with consideration of erection sequence).
6. Supervising alignment and bolt tightening for main members of the structure on the main Aligns and Axis before offering for inspection.
7. Daily achieved the Erection target of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
8. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
9. Inspection & Quality Control. Coordination with Inspection Agencies.
10. Conducting Weekly Progress Review Meetings and Issuing Progress Reports.
