General description of responsibilities/ task performed :
Maintaining the records of calibration, inspection and testing equipment as per the Quality Management System guidelines. Conducting trade test for Grit Blasters & Spray Painters and accordingly issuing approval card to qualified technician. Monitor and ensure all inspection, acceptance reports are maintained on a regular basis and coordinate with client’s representatives during the execution of the project. Ensure that the standards and specifications as stipulated by client and company’s Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans and Field Quality Control Plans are followed.
Responsible for maintenance of latest Standards & Specifications of client, National & International standards and specifications as required at site. Compiling of all QA/QC related documentations for dossiers as requested by the client for final hand-over.
Review validity of all calibration records for inspection equipments, material storage records and storage conditions. Ensure adherence to product technical data sheet, application data sheet and safety data sheet whilst performing the job. Co-ordinate and assist with Client’s Senior QC Representative for the effective integration of quality
Adopting company policies, procedures and attend management review meeting, monitor the effectiveness of the Quality Management Systems for improving the same and accordingly review/ upgrade all the Quality Assurance Procedures and other related documents.Maintaining all relevant records for verification and handover during final completion of the project.
