Initial receipt, registry, Triage of incoming cases to determine seriousness for prioritization of daily workflow Database searches as necessary.
Case entry and coding of adverse events of non-serious and serious cases on the basis of individual case histories, correspondence with affiliates and other departments and various administrative assignments.
Single case unblinding, Other Case processing related activities (e.g. Review of consistency checks, reconciliation etc)
